Returns Policy

We want you to absolutely love everything you order from The Curious Gardener Store. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind
We gladly accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
1. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resaleable condition
2. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
To request a return, please email us at hello@thecuriousgardener.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process a refund (excluding original shipping costs) back to your original payment method.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Oh no! If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send an email to hello@thecuriousgardener.com.au with:
1. Your order number
2. A clear photo of the item and packaging
3. A brief description of the issue
We’ll offer a replacement, refund or store credit, whichever you prefer.
What Can’t Be Returned
We can’t accept returns on:
1. Sale items
2. Gift cards
3. Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless faulty)

Where to Send Returns
Please do not return any items without first contacting us. We’ll provide return instructions and the correct return address once your return is approved.
